Through our shared supportive housing program, Granny Helping Hands offers comprehensive support to domestic violence victims and survivors, while providing outreach, case management, and community partnerships we aim to enhance the quality and accessibility of mental health, safety, and food programs in Antelope Valley and surrounding Los Angeles County area.
Our approach emphasizes transitioning individuals into safe shared housing for up to 12 months, where they receive personalized support to facilitate their move into permanent housing.
Granny Helping Hands aim to empower individuals to maintain dignity and independence by providing them with provided shared supportive housing, clothing, hygiene, legal advice, counseling services, community-based resources, and comprehensive services, thereby reducing homelessness and needs due to Domestic Violence.
